The InBody 770S Body Composition Analyser goes beyond traditional body composition analysis to take a deeper look at body water. This is an important element in monitoring injury, fluid retention and inflammation. The InBody 770S Body Composition Analyser offers two types of result sheet: one with body composition and one with body water. This allows you to easily and quickly measure body composition (in as little as 30 seconds) and create a treatment plan for a patient or client with medical grade data.

Seamless connection

With the InBody App or Lookin’Body Web, you can access clients’ body composition data anytime, anywhere. Get intuitive analysis of InBody data and see how your clients are progressing.

More frequencies

People often say, ‘the more the merrier’. When it comes to impedance-based body analysis, nothing could be more true. That is why InBody has added up to 5 frequencies to the InBody 770S, ensuring extremely accurate measurements.

30 seconds measurement

Experience InBody’s fast and accurate measurement in just 30 seconds with the highest reliability. Users have instant access to their health data, enabling quick consultations.

Comprehensive body water analysis

The InBody 770S provides highly accurate body water analysis by measuring intracellular and extracellular fluid separately. This is essential for monitoring water balance, inflammation and oedema, particularly in medical and rehabilitation environments. Using advanced 1MHz technology, the InBody 770S provides reliable and consistent measurements without assumptions, giving professionals instant insight into hydration status and health trends.

Comprehensive parameters

Segmental ECW ratio analysis

This allows monitoring of abnormal changes in fluid balance due to injury, ageing, obesity etc. It provides a comprehensive picture of fluid composition in the body per segment, allowing targeted analysis with appropriate advice. All of these results are clearly presented in the form of a bar graph, making the differences easy to read.

Segmental phase Angle (Cell Health)

Phase Angle is a powerful indicator of cell health and overall vitality and is accurately measured by the InBody 770S. A higher phase angle indicates strong, functioning cells, while a lower value can indicate weakened cell membranes, often associated with malnutrition or health problems. The segmental aspect of the measurement makes it possible to assess each segment of the body separately. This measurement is essential for medical and sports professionals to assess overall health and monitor the effectiveness of treatments or training programmes.

Sarcopenia assessment

Sarcopenia is now recognised as a disease rather than a natural phenomenon. Sarcopenia is the term used to describe the muscle breakdown that occurs mainly in the elderly population. However, it can be easily assessed and evaluated using the Skeletal Muscle Mass Index (SMI)* and handgrip strength** to provide a comprehensive assessment and personalised advice.
*Skeletal Muscle Mass Index (SMI) is calculated by taking the sum of appendicular muscle mass (in kilograms) and dividing by the square of the person’s height (in metres).
